  • Electronic control system and circuitry

2 Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover and SANO shall have no obligation under this warranty for damage, failure, or defects resulting from any of the following:

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or operation contrary to the instructions in the product manual
  • Use of the product beyond its stated load capacity or operating specifications
  • Unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair by anyone other than SANO or an authorized service provider
  • Damage caused by accident, collision, fire, flood, or other external causes
  • Use of non-SANO approved parts, accessories, or attachments
  • Normal wear and tear on consumable components including wheels, brakes, casters, toe plates, and toe plate brackets

Any evidence of misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or operation in excess of rated capacity will void this warranty in its entirety. SANO reserves the right to make the final determination of whether a claim qualifies for warranty coverage.

3 How to Obtain Warranty Service

To submit a warranty claim, please follow the steps below. Claims submitted without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

1
Contact SANO Support Email [email protected] or call 470-545-1792 to open a warranty claim. Please have your serial number and proof of purchase ready.
2
Claim Review A SANO technician will review your claim within 2 business days and may request photos or video of the defect to assess eligibility.
3
Authorized Return or On-Site Service If the claim is approved, SANO will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or arrange authorized service. Do not ship any product without an RMA number — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4
Repair or Replacement Upon receipt and inspection, SANO will repair or replace the defective unit or component at no cost to the original purchaser. Shipping costs for warranty returns are the responsibility of the purchaser; SANO covers return shipping on approved claims.

4 Warranty Registration

While warranty registration is not required to receive warranty service, it is strongly recommended. Registration allows SANO to contact you in the event of a product safety notice, update, or recall, and expedites the warranty claim process.

Register your product at shopsanohandtrucks.com/warranty-registration within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) serves as the effective date of coverage regardless of registration status.

5 Limitation of Liability

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

SANO's liability under this warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement of the defective product. SANO shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or injury to persons or property arising out of the use or inability to use the product.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

6 Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Walton County, Georgia.
